Ms. Sandra Whitaker

In 2005, Ms. Whitaker received her Certified Safety and Health Official (CSHO) from the U.S. Department of Labor – OSHA at the OSHA Training Institute in Des Plaines, IL.    In earning the CSHO designation, Sandra earned multiple certificates of completion from OSHA, including Hazard Communication 2012 – Global Harmonized System; OSHA Recordkeeping; Hearing Conservation, Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HazWoper 10/30/40); Safety & Health Management; Respiratory Protection; Hazardous Materials; Powered Industrial Truck; Fall Prevention-Fall Arrest Systems; Permit/Confined Space Entry; Control of Hazardous Energy (Lockout Tagout); Electrical Safety; Machinery/Machine Safeguarding and Evacuation & Emergency Planning.  Additional certificates included Accident Investigation/Analysis and Behavior-Based Safety.  Ms. Whitaker holds an Associate of Applied Science degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Safety and Health.


As a US-DOL Occupational Safety and Health expert, Sandra Whitaker offers expert witness and litigation consultation related to workplace injuries in Texas.  Ms. Whitaker is a Certified Safety and Health Official (CSHO) and has held a US-DOL OSHA Approved Trainer certification.

  

Ms. Whitaker has worked in various industries, including Warehouse, Manufacturing, Logistics, Food & Beverage, Construction, and Service Industries.
